Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Race Of Words account and the personal data linked to it by following the steps below.

Deleting in the app (recommended)

You can delete your account inside the app, without contacting us:

• Tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of the Settings screen.
• For registered accounts we send a 6-digit code to your e-mail address to confirm the account is yours. Once you enter the code, the account is deleted immediately and permanently.
• Guest accounts need no verification; the account is deleted as soon as you confirm.

Users whose account has no verifiable e-mail address (for example accounts created without one) should use the e-mail method below.

Requesting deletion by e-mail

• Send an e-mail to yazilimkodjet@gmail.com from the e-mail address registered with Race Of Words.
• Write “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line and include your Race Of Words username.
• Once your request is verified, your account is deleted without delay and within 30 days at the latest, and you are informed by e-mail.

What is deleted?

• Account information: username, e-mail address, phone number, password and profile photo.
• Game data: level, experience points, coins, trophies, league, achievements and match history.
• Friends list, clan and institution memberships.
• Coins, jokers and other virtual items in the account; deleted accounts and items cannot be restored.

What is kept for a period?

• Purchase records: 10 years under tax and commercial law.
• Server access and transaction security logs: 2 years (Law No. 5651); deleted or anonymised at the end of the period.
• Deletion record: information that contains no personal data — the date of deletion, the platform it was made from and whether the account was a guest account — is kept indefinitely; this record does not identify you.
• Identifying fields in the deletion record (username, e-mail, phone number and last IP address) are kept for 1 year solely to be able to answer lawful requests from authorised persons, institutions and organisations, and are deleted automatically at the end of that period.
• Correspondence about your deletion request: 3 years.
